## How a Wire placement works

- **Direct, not auctioned.** You buy a placement on a title for a term. Nobody outbids you for it mid-campaign.
- **Your competitor cannot buy your slot.** Exclusive placements are available and are honoured by the ad server, not by a promise.
- **Publisher reporting.** Impressions and clicks come from our own first-party counting on sites we operate. You get a live reporting link.
- **Counted honestly.** An impression means at least half the ad was on screen for one continuous second — the IAB display standard. Not "the page loaded".
- **Clean pages.** Slots are capped, marked *Sponsored* with the advertiser named, and carry `rel="sponsored"`. No pop-ups, no interstitials, no cookies, no retargeting.
